General FAQ's

What is the required CSV structure?
Your file must use standard Shopify product headers: Handle, Title,Variant Price, Variant SKU, etc. You can download our template to get started.
Do I need to create products manually first?
No. If the product handle doesn't exist in Shopify, we will create a new product. If it does exist, we will update the existing product with the new data.
Can I import variants?
Yes. Ensure each variant has the same Handle but unique Option values (e.g., Size, Color).
What is the Auto-Recovery System?
Migrations now automatically pause if interrupted by network issues. You can resume exactly where you left off without duplicating data.

Product & Inventory FAQs

How do I update inventory?
Use the Variant Inventory Qty column to set the stock level. Ensure Variant Inventory Tracker is set to "shopify".
Can I archive or delete products?
You can set the Status column to archived or draft to hide products. To delete, you'll need to do so in the Shopify Admin.
What is the maximum file size?
We support large file uploads up to 150MB. For larger catalogs, please split files into smaller chunks.

Reports

When can I download the report?
After an operation completes—whether it succeeds, fails, or is cancelled—you can download a detailed report of the migration.
What does the report include?
The report contains every row processed during migration, including successful rows, failed rows, and validation errors.
How can I review failed rows?
You can open the report and filter rows by status. Failed rows are clearly marked for corrections before re-uploading.

Troubleshooting

Error: 'Invalid Handle'
Every row must have a Handle. This is the unique identifier for the product.
Why are my images not showing?
Ensure the Image Src URL is publicly accessible. Shopify needs to be able to download the image from that link.
What happens if a SKU is duplicated?
Shopify allows duplicate SKUs, but it's best practice to keep them unique for inventory tracking.
