Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwiftSync application ("App") provided by Helios Technology Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

SwiftSync enables merchants to migrate product data from external systems into Shopify. You grant us permission to access your Shopify store via the Shopify API to perform these requested services. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of any data you upload or authorize us to sync.

2. Data Accuracy and Backups

While we strive for 100% accuracy during migrations, we do not guarantee that the migration process will be entirely error-free. It is your responsibility to maintain appropriate backups of your store's data before initiating any bulk operations. We are not liable for any lost or corrupted data.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

SwiftSync may offer a free plan and paid plans (e.g., Growth Plan). All billing is handled directly through the Shopify Billing API. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by Shopify's terms and developer policies.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helios Technology Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms.
