When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Store Information: We store your shop domain, email, and localized settings to authenticate you and configure the application.
• Product & Inventory Data: We temporarily process and read your product catalog to perform the migration services.
• Lightspeed Credentials: If connecting via OAuth, we securely store the access tokens necessary to sync your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information primarily to provide, maintain, and improve the App. This includes:

• Executing the data migrations you request.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Complying with legal obligations.

3. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and store data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. When you uninstall SwiftSync from your Shopify store, we automatically purge your API credentials and historical sync logs within 48 hours to comply with Shopify's data protection mandates.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data exclusively with strictly vetted service providers (such as AWS) who assist us in operating our application securely.
